Mental health matters - but who still has their mental when it matters most? No one leaves this life untouched. Trauma, grief, fear, loss, and pain shape the way we think, react, cope, and move through the world.

So what is sanity?

Is it the absence of struggle or simply the ability to hide it well? Is madness a condition, a response, or the Inevitable consequences of being human in a world that wounds everyone differently?

Lucid does not offer an answer. It asks us to examine who gets labeled unstable, who gets allowed to unravel, and why we pretend any of us leave this earth unscathed.
